How to start a return
- 1Email us at themetabrands1@gmail.com with your order number and reason, plus a photo if damaged.
- 2We review it within 24 hours and send you a prepaid return label if eligible.
- 3Once the return is received, your refund is issued in 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item? No need to return it - just send a photo within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
